Scope & Eligibility – Springboard Policy:

  • Applicable to all Lumax companies in the Staff 1 category only.
  • Women with minimum two years of experience within or outside the organisationare eligible to apply.
  • Minimum 6 months break is essential.
  • The duration of the project will vary based on specific business requirements. It could be between 6 months to a year.

Terms & Conditions – Springboard Policy:

  • Candidate will be hired on retainership contract with Lumax
  • IT Assets (Laptop/Desktop) will be provided based on project requirement.
  • Working hours to be decided within the specified working hours of location/plant. Upto maximum of 5 hours daily
  • No work from home.
