With leadership experience of more than 50 years in operations and administrative roles, he has also held various industry positions – Past President of ACMA, President of Suppliers Association – Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Chairman of Trade Affairs Committee ACMA, Co-chairman of Regional Committee on Membership of Northern Region CII and CSR sub-committee of the Northern Region of CII.

In his early days in the automotive industry, he has undergone extensive training at Stanley Co. Limited, USA & Stanley Electric Co. Limited, Japan. His exceptional management skills and strategic vision has helped the DK Jain group grow in newer markets. He is actively involved in ACMA and is the current Regional Chairman – North – ACMA and has held various industry positions - Chairman of ACMA’s HR/IR & Skill Development Committee, Chairman of Sustainable Technology Development Committee of ACMA, National Coordinator of Young Business Leader Forum of ACMA, President of Supplier’s club, Honda Cars India Limited, Co-Chairman of Northern Region of ACMA & Vice President of Toyota Kirloskar Supplier’s Association. He is also Member of Young President Organisation and Entrepreneurs’’ Organisation.

Mr Anmol Jain is an alumnus of Michigan State University, USA and holds Bachelors in Business Administration in Finance & Double Major in Supply Chain Management. He started his career as a Management Trainee with GSHP, USA and subsequently joined the Lumax DK Jain Group in 2000. With 17 years of experience in the automotive industry, he has led the group operations contributing significantly to its growth. He has also held position of National Coordinator of ACMA-YBLF and Chairman of CII Haryana State Council. He is actively involved in various supplier clubs and is currently the EC member of Honda Cars India Supplier’s Club & MC member of Bajaj Auto Vendor Association.

With a rich experience of around 28 years in the field of Car Electronics, Engineering, Sales of car electronic parts and Sales Planning Division. Mr. Tadayoshi Aoki is the Nominee Director of M/s Stanley Electric Co. Limited, Japan. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Tokoyo Denki University Japan. He is with Lumax Industries Limited since 2017.

Mr A P Gandhi is a Mechanical Engineer with an experience of more than 40 years holding top leadership positions in prestigious organisations in the automotive industry. His last assignment was as President at Hyundai Motors India Limited. He has previously associated with Escorts Limited as the Chief Executive – R&D. He was also associated with Telco holding senior positions in the area of manufacturing operations.

Mr Rajeev Kapoor is a Mechanical Engineer (hons) from NIT, Kurukshetra with an experience in excess of 40 years. He was MD for Copart Inc. and has served as Independent Director on the board of RICO Industries, Co-Chair of Economic Committees at SIAM, Served on board of ARAI, Pune and on the board of Indo Italian Chamber of Commerce. He has also been featured in the 2012 Power List alongside some eminent personalities such as Mr Ratan Tata, Mr Anand Mahindra, Mr Rahul Bajaj, etc.

Mr M C Gupta is a Retd. IAS Officer & has served the Indian Union & State Governments in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Min of Finance – Dept. of Economic Affairs and Advisor – United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO). He is an MA in English Literature from Agra University.

Mr Dhiraj Dhar Gupta is an industrialist having over 3 decades of experience in Auto Component manufacturing. He is Promoter Director of KSS Abhishek Auto Pvt Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is an alumnus of SRCC, Delhi University.

Mr Rattan Kapur is an industrialist with an experience of more than 30 years in the Auto Component Industry. He is Past President of ACMA and former Chairman of Haryana State Council of CII. He is a B. Com Graduate from Delhi University.

Mrs. Ritika Modi is a Diploma holder in Travel and Tourism from Bel Air University, London.

A veteran in travel industry over 25 years of experience in the industry, she has an in-depth understanding of the travel agency and airline landscape in India. After working with top airlines including British Airways and KLM, Modi started her own corporate travel agency - MOD Travel, in the early nineties. In her current role as Regional President, UNIGLOBE Travel South Asia, Modi heads the largest single brand travel franchise network in the South Asia region.

Taking it as her responsibility to work for those who need help, she supports a number of social causes and leads a variety of projects involving child education and environment protection. She also started a non-profit organization which focused on counseling women and supporting them to pursue a career in travel.

Mr. Tetsuya Hojo holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from MEIJI-GAKUIN University, Tokyo, Japan, which he completed in March 1990. Mr. Hojo began his professional career with Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. in April 1990. Over the years, he has held significant positions within the Stanley group, including serving as Sales Manager for Automotive Lamps at Stanley Electric in Michigan in 2001. In 2015, he was appointed Representative President of Stanley Electric GMBH, and in 2019, he became an Executive Officer and Division Manager for the Automotive Lighting Division at Stanley Electric Co., Ltd.

Harish Lakshman holds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and Master’s degree in Business from Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, USA.
Harish Lakshman is Chairman of Rane Group, a Rs. 7,200 Crores (USD 870 million) automotive components manufacturing group based out of Chennai. Through its 29 manufacturing facilities across India, Rane Group serves customers across 30+ countries. Four of Rane Group companies are listed on Indian stock exchanges.
Harish started his career as Management Associate in TRW Automotive Inc. in 1996. He joined Rane Group, in 1998 as AGM-Marketing at Rane TRW Steering Systems. He held positions of increasing responsibilities in the areas of Marketing and Operations. He became Managing Director in 2008 and under his leadership Rane TRW Steering Systems won the Deming Grand Prize in 2011. Harish has been instrumental in expanding Group’s international presence and product portfolio.
As an active member of several industrial associations and government panels he has been a well-regarded spokesman of the automotive industry.
He also played a key role as President of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) for the period 2013-14. He currently serves in the Past President’s Council and as Chairman of Finance Committee of ACMA.

Jamna Auto Industries Limited is an automobile suspension springs manufacturer. The Group supplies its products to a number of key manufacturers, including Daewoo, Honda and Ford, among others. Jamna also has a technological and equity collaboration with NHK Spring Company Limited, in which the companies will jointly manufacture coil springs and stabilizer bars.

She has also played a strategic role in advising on transactions which utilize her experience in valuation, corporate and tax laws combined with her understanding of finance and accounting.
As a third-generation leader in the firm, she has often worked with large Indian families to help navigate complexities of succession and restructuring. Her focus on social equity, gender diversity and inclusion has also led her to work with NPOs.
